OUR BURGER PRODUCTS

CRFT-PIT burgers are made from chopped beef blends.  They are made from 100% whole muscles.  We never use trimmings in our blends.  We chop our meat at a very cold temperature to prevent it from getting overworked.  We have a range of hamburger patty sizes from 2oz - 8oz, which are formed in a low pressure machine that ensures our burgers are loosely packed.  This makes them juicier and meatier in taste compared to the hand packed patties.
