Chef Leo Kam's passion for good food started at a young age. Growing up in a family that owned a restaurant and watching his grandmother in the kitchen fostered his appreciation for culinary traditions and a hunger to experiment. Prior to opening CRFT-PIT with his partners, Leo helped open The Whalebone Oyster House in Canada. Later he moved to London where he worked at the Maze by Gordon Ramsey and Nobu, Park Lane. He now calls Hong Kong home and has opened two private kitchens and was the executive chef of Sushi One Group Ltd. Leo has now gone back to his traditional routes and has started this exciting new smokehouse project. Only time will reveal what is coming next!

Elliott is currently a managing director at Iconic Private Equity Capital and has over seven years of experience in the investment industry. He is responsible for overseeing various projects listed or domiciled in Hong Kong and advices clients on corporate structuring and strategic partnerships. Mr. Choi maintains strong relationships with many of Hong Kong’s leading investment funds, banks and high net-worth individuals. In addition, he is also involved with the Choi family office which owns Crown State Pastoral and Crown State Food Services.
Previously, Mr. Choi has worked in property investment for Jones Lang LaSalle and graduated from Occidental College with a degree in economics in business management.

ADRIAN KUO
PARTNER
Adrian is currently the main partner and operator of Racks, a long time favorite and trendy bar which revolves around the fashion industry and is located in Lan Kwai Fong. Prior to this, Mr. Kuo came from a family background of Hong Kong manufacturing where he worked for his family as the secretary to the chairman for 4 years. KFM Kingdom Holdings, which was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2012, produced OEM sheet metal parts for clients such as Apple, Kodak and Siemens, etc. During his time there, Mr. Kuo overlooked all major projects and maintained client relations while specializing in production efficiency, engineering solutions and cost down solutions.
