Big shout out to the United States Meat Export Federation who are hosting some very special Singaporean chefs and restauranteurs at a Texas BBQ 3 day training course. They kicked off at CRFT-PIT with a Texas BBQ Tasting where we served them our famous Pulled Pork Sliders, Texas Brisket and Beef Short Ribs.
