How do I order?

Use the menu on the top of our website, go to our shop section! Make sure on the checkout page, you can select clearly note PICKUP or DELIVERY & the date & time you'd like your order.

Pickups are available in Ap Lei Chau from Monday to Saturday, 11am to 6pm. 

We send out the trucks at 11am and can take until 6pm to finish deliveries on our busiest days, but usually much earlier. for chilled & frozen items. Hot ready to eat deliveries we usually arrange by bike depending on size of the order.

How much should I order?

For smoked meats we recommend 1/2lb to 1lb of meat per guest "total combinatione" all meats.  Depending on your you & your guest appetites. 

We recommend a pint of each side for 4 people, and a quart of each side for 10 people.

What's the pick-up procedure?

Pre-orders are prepared every morning & picked up by our truckers. For self pick-up we'll have it ready 11am. If you can't make it in that early, no worries! Stop by anytime before close to pick it up. Hit the buzzer on the wall, and someone will run over from the kitchen. will open the gates. You'll be in and out in no time. 

How are the meats packaged?

All the meats are sliced, wrapped in butcher paper, and packed up in disposable foil containers. It'll stay nice and moist, even if you're holding it until dinner. If you'd like your meats unsliced, make a note during the checkout process.

We do not have time to separate meats into multiple smaller portions. Requests for this will be ignored and packaged together. If you would like your order packaged separately, place two separate orders!

Reheating / Holding Instructions

If you're eating the food on the same day, select HOT PICKUP during the checkout process. When you get your barbecue back to your destination, throw the whole tray into your oven "COVERED" at 73-80°C " until you plan to eat it. It will be nice and moist- even if you're holding it until dinner!

If you're eating your barbecue at a later date, select COLD PICKUP during the checkout process. We'll make sure it's refrigerated immediately after slicing. To reheat, throw the whole tray in your oven "COVERED"at 120°C until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 73°C. That should take 1-2 hours, depending on how much is in there. Frozen bags are in a sous-vide bag so Pre-sliced 1lb & 3lb bags, simple defrost "FULLY" and place the bag under sous-vide @ 73°C for 20-30min, until internal temp reaches 73°C.
